Will not stay connected

The VPN is slow, very slow and is dropping all the time, many apps will not work with the VPN on.

It does hide your IP and you can pick anywhere, but it drops all the time exposing your real IP.

Im sorry I signed up and paid for a years worth of coverage. Now I have to find out how to stop the automatic renewal.
