Worst service

I purchased this VPN service, but my money went to waste, because its nearly impossible to stay more than 5 minutes connected, each time.
I live in a country where all the most commonly accessed websites are blocked, so the VPN for me is essencial.
I have it on the iPhone and iPad, and you have to reconnect every once and a while. When you look again at the page, gone already.
I tryed to install on the Mac, but until now it was impossible. I tryed to reach the Support, but they answered only once, and it wasnt much of a help, since I m awaiting for a proper help for more than a month..so I still cannot use the VPN I purchased on my computer- and as I write a blog (that here is blocked), I have to write from the iPad, and have double the work to upload the pictures from the notebook to the blog webpage...
Think well before buying this VPN service, its not worth it. There are other providers with the same range of price that for sure can hold the connection for more than 5 minutes (detail: my internet is 20 G, so its not the speed thats not helping). Thanks!
