I went to turn on my vpn and it keeps popping up saying "Authentication failed" so it doesnt work! None of the "solutions" work.

Need a update ! It charged me 2 times and it bugs !

Simply garbage! Ten bucks is not much but this app is so stupid that makes feel like u spent 10K. I tried all 58 servers n non of them work.

If you can get this installed, it works fine. Not all day, of course, but long enough to do some work on a public wifi and long enough to get your program started on Netflix (which only checks when it starts). But their technical service is appalling. Dont bother to explain your problem because they dont read what you wrote. If you are having problems installing the profiles, I suggest you open Safari and go to 216.185.105.35 which is their site that installs the profiles. Then try Updating Configurations again from the app. Worked this out myself as their tech support was unable to understand the difference between installing and running. After my year is up, I am moving to another vpn.

Does depend what sites your surfing regarding disconnects and time of day sometimes. I just watched Netflix USA no disconnects or pauses, switched to UK Netflix and ditto, no problem. I like the way it stays working through iPad sleep mode without disconnecting saves a lot of frustrations. Last night on UK BBC iPlayer however I had a lot of disconnects and pauses and network problems especially later in the evening.

This is the 2nd year that I subscribed and works great, I use it to access Netflix in other countrys, what can I say thumbs up

The US server no longer connects. I cant justify paying another year for this service if that is the case. Also, you need to come up with a work around for Netflix.

I have just a few hours ago downloaded the app and paid for a full year and I cant even connect now.Why did it work during the trial week but not now.Very annoying and disappointing.Am so angry now that I would like to cancel and get my money back.
