Update.........
So support sent an email with a link on how to fix the problem. Seems u have to add your account number from your unit that is working (my iPad Pro) to the unit that isnt (my iPhone 6S+). Okay, so Ive fixed my problem. But dont you think that an App should automatically transfer the correct info across all your devices? Especially since we have to pay for the service??!! Ill up my score to 4 stars, but thats it.
Whats going on? This was a great VPN. However since I updated my iPhone 6S+ to iOS 10, the subscription isnt correct. But it still shows correct on my iPad running iOS 9??!! And restore purchase shows I have no subscription. I will update this review if/when support fixes the problem from my open ticket.
