I have been using this app for over 10 years since the last update the app is not working neither on the iPad or iPhone If it isn't fixed very soon i will sadly leave an app i loved and enjoyed for many years

This app upgraded and I was told when the upgrade didn’t work that they have a problem. However, after two weeks of asking how and when the problem would be resolved I was told to cancel the app. Not very professional, in fact very unprofessional. I have used the app for over 6 years and they simply ignored, or didn’t have the knowledge to correct the situation. This group consists of amateurs at best seeming to not need or have the time to solve the mistake they made in their upgrade. I can no longer recommend One Click. I found a much better solution. Should have cancelled immediately instead of believing their story.

Bought you monthly subscription but it not connecting

The app doesn’t work anymore after the update and Apple Store won’t refund my subscription for a dud app. Fantastic trap.

After the recent update the app is just stuck on loading screen. Have been using the app since 5 years no problem now can’t seem to get it working! Please fix it asap

I am paying for the subscription every month but each time I open the app it tells me my subscription is expired since two years. I cannot use the app although they are withdrawing my money every month!

I’ve used this for years connecting to Japanese VPN and all the sudden I cannot connect to it anymore. I tried to reach out to get support but server won’t connect. I tried reaching out to SNS but no help. Website no help. Unfortunately for me this subscription just renewed for an year in May but if I cannot connect to Japanese VPN in the near future will be cancelling my subscription and finding another service that is more reliable and has better customer support.

I’ve had this VPN for years and have enjoyed until recently. Their support is only AI based and whatever you report is never fixed. They never reply. They used to have an email support that was fast, but now their support is non existent. It’s been one month with connection issues with Italy VPNs with no solution or response. I will be contacting Apple for a refund because of the poor support.

My vpn is not working I am trying to get suppor but the support system directs me to a bot which doesn’t work. Kindly fix the problem and reply as soon as possible

They have major connections problems, and even worse customer service. I’ve sent emails to complain about not being able to connect and they’ve never replied. Looking for a new option, and canceling my subscription soon.

Totally understandable why the 75% price increase. This is not worth it any more.

As a loyal customer I feel inclined to say that this VPN app has been one of the most consistent and reliable VPN services that I have encountered in my professional experience. However, after noticing the relatively outdated UI I was able to contact the management and developers and request them to work on updating it. I am happy to confirm that they reached out to me and said they are in the process of reworking the UI. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE who is seeking a great, cheap and reliable VPN to use this app!

Sorry? Do you think it’s some kind of joke here I paid a free trial and their saying nothing on the countries. Your just wasting your money and my time seriously take this down it’s not even that good just one star

I just went to pornhub, it bought me to another page to see the video, and on the last page it said “3 easy steps to get a VPN” and I’m not actually going to use this because I already have a VPN, but yeah this is the kind of app you see here.

I tired connecting difference servers, it shows connected but in fact app not working, I try to restore my money back, this option denied as well! Thank you for nothing 👋🏼

Works great, never deal with any lags and speedy access to the internet

This used to be a great VPN app until recently. No VPN KILL setting like other VPN apps. Multiple times the VPN switched itself off and I never knew it. Canceled my subscription.

Please bring a faster connection and less disconnection for turning the iPhone off for a while.

I don't know what happened but since the last update the app stopped working. it doesn't recognize my subscription even after doing "Restore Purchases " and reinstall

I canceled my service in the 7 day free trial service and a week later I was charged for their service that I do not even use.
